ESMERA protects the personal data we process about you and respects your privacy. Please read the following information before giving us your permission to process your personal data. Acquiring General Information

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This is solely information that does not allow you to make any conclusions about yourself.

ESMERA collects and processes only your professional contact information (personal data) such as:

  • Your institutions’s name
  • Your postal adress
  • Your email address

Transfer of personal data

ESMERA will not disclose your personal data to third parties (i.e. not transfer or share) unless you have expressed your approval or have ordered us to do so. ESMERA will never sell your personal data.

Purpose of the processing of personal data

We would like to use your personal data for our newsletters in order to provide you with information about our project, new advances, publications and events as well as inviting you to events.

Legal basis for the processing of your personal data

The processing of your personal data for e-marketing purposes is based on your consent for data processing. You can revoke your consent at any time. Send an email to makris@lms.mech.upatras.gr. To the absolutely required extent only, certain personal data is then stored in a “Do not contact” list.

Changes of the Privacy policy

We reserve our right to modify this privacy statement to comply with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, such as the introduction of new services. Your new visit will be subject to the current privacy policy.
